How many guests can your mobile washrooms accommodate?
Assuming an all day event with beverages being served, our washrooms can accommodate up to 150 guests.
How much does it cost to rent your mobile washroom?
Rentals start at $897, all inclusive. There’s no other hidden costs or additional fees.
The following are included in your rental rate:
- Delivery
- Pick-up
- Daily cleaning and maintenance
- Restocking of toiletries, as needed
- Generator, if needed
- Water tank, if needed
- All applicable taxes

Do you offer long term rentals?
Yes! Please get in-touch for a quote if you need a long-term or multi-day rental.
Do you deliver the washroom to my event site?
Yes! And at the end of your event, we also pick-up the washroom. There are no additional fees for delivery and pick-up – both delivery and pick-up services are included in our rental rate.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend reserving the washroom trailer as soon as you decide it’s needed as our washroom trailer is in high-demand and is first come, first serve. Your booking is confirmed when the deposit amount on your contract is received.
What requirements does my event site need/ Where can the mobile washroom be placed?
Our washrooms can be placed anywhere with level ground and access that is unobstructed by fencing or low hanging branches and powerlines.
Do I need to have water at my site?
If water is available at your site, we ask that we connect to it. However, our washrooms are equipped with fresh water holding tanks should water not be available at your site.
Do I need to have power at my site?
If power is available at your site, we ask that we connect to it. Our washrooms require standard electric 120V outlets. However, a generator is included in our daily rate should power not be available at your site.
Does your washroom come with supplies?
Yes! Our washrooms are delivered fully stock of toiletry supplies – toilet paper, soap, paper towels, and hand cream. Our rental rate also includes restocking of toiletry supplies, as needed, for longer term rentals.
Do I need to clean the washroom?
Our washrooms are delivered fully clean and stocked of toiletry supplies. At the end of your event, we pick-up the washroom and take it away for cleaning. For longer term rentals, our rental rate includes daily cleaning and maintenance.
During your event, we recommend guests do a basic wipe down of the sink area after use as a courtesy to others.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment through PayPal or Interac e-transfers
When will my rental be delivered?
Our delivery and pick-up hours are between 9am and 5pm. We aim to deliver the washroom on your requested date within a two-hour window of your requested time. We will contact you prior to leaving our yard and provide an ETA.
Do I need to be onsite for delivery and pick-up?
For delivery, we ask for a point of contact to be on site so that the setup goes as smoothly as possible and so that we can do a quick walkthrough of the washroom with you. You or your point of contact do not need to be onsite for pick-up.
What is your cancellation & refund policy
Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the requested service date will receive a full refund of the amount paid. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the requested service date will result in a forfeit of 100% of their security deposit and 50% of the service invoice.

Hey there! I’m Jay, the owner/operator behind Jay’s Event Rentals.
Ironically enough, I was inspired to start Jay’s Event Rentals while searching for a washroom trailer to rent for my own wedding.
Frustrated with the lack of pricing transparency and all the additional fees I was getting quoted for the basics (because we all know anytime you add the word “wedding” to anything rates go up), I started Jay’s Event Rentals with the goal of making event planning as transparent, easy and worry-free as possible for you.
Our 2-stall luxury washroom trailer is outfitted with our executive trim so your guests will feel just like they’re using an in-home bathroom instead of a dreaded port-a-potty.
And the best part is that it services any event with up to 150 guests for the same fixed, all-inclusive daily rate.
